Email Subscriptions
If you voluntarily provide your information to join our email newsletter, we will add your name and email to our Campaign Monitor account as an active subscriber. We typically send our enews on a quarterly basis; however, our schedule may be adjusted without notice. This email may be used to inform you of office closings, holiday schedules and other alerts pertinent to doing business with Waco Aircraft. You will have the ability to unsubscribe from the email newsletter at any time.
Contact Forms
We provide contact forms on our website to help you get in contact with us at your convenience. The information you voluntarily provide will be used to contact you by email or phone. In accordance with GDPR, we may ask for your country of residence. We will store your contact information in our customer relationship management software, SalesForce, as a record of conversation. If you become an active client with Waco Aircraft, we will also add your contact information to our project management and billing software, Workamajig.

If you request to purge your data as part of the “Right to Be Forgotten,” note that in SalesForce and Workamajig we will anonymize your data but retain records of past business billings and requests to remain compliant with United States federal IRS regulations.
We will not use your personally identifiable information for additional marketing services unless you provide consent by opting in.
Waco Aircraft does not store any personally identifiable information on our servers. If one of our cloud-based programs such as SalesForce or Workamajig experiences a data breach, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the issue.
